Ingredients:
For the chicken:
- 2 chicken breasts (cut into small pieces)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp chili powder
- Salt & black pepper
For the tacos:
- 6 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato (diced)
- ½ onion (finely chopped)
- Sour cream or taco sauce
Instructions:
Cook the chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a pan
- Add chicken + all spices
- Cook for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked and slightly crispy
Warm the tortillas:
- Heat tortillas in a pan for 30–60 seconds
Makes them soft and flexible
Assemble the tacos:
- Add chicken
- Add cheese (let it melt slightly
- Add lettuce, tomato, onion
- Top with sour cream or sauce
Serve:
- Fold tacos and enjoy immediately

- Add lime juice for extra flavor
