 Ingredients:

For the chicken:

  • 2 chicken breasts (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • Salt & black pepper

For the tacos:

  • 6 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • ½ onion (finely chopped)
  • Sour cream or taco sauce

 Instructions:

 Cook the chicken:

  • Heat olive oil in a pan
  • Add chicken + all spices
  • Cook for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked and slightly crispy

 Warm the tortillas:

  • Heat tortillas in a pan for 30–60 seconds
     Makes them soft and flexible

 Assemble the tacos:

  • Add chicken
  • Add cheese (let it melt slightly
  • Add lettuce, tomato, onion
  • Top with sour cream or sauce

 Serve:

  • Fold tacos and enjoy immediately

 Pro Tips:

  • Add lime juice  for extra flavor
  • Use a hot pan for slightly crispy chicken
  • Don’t overload tacos (so they don’t break )
