- 600g beef chunks (chuck or stew meat)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 carrot (diced)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
